"PS" is not globally used by the commercial world, when you go into car showrooms, or read any tech specs these days the power output unit is usually given in "BHP" - Brake HorsePower.
Ferrari makes about 4000 cars every year, that's high volume production in the supercar world. Lamborghini makes about 2000 per year. Pagani and Koenigsegg make less than a dozen Zonda's or CCX's per year. That's exclusivity if I've ever seen it.
No one can say that any of those cars are slow but the Zonda is one of the fastest track cars on earth. It's even faster than the Ferrari Enzo. It holds one of the fastest records for lapping the Nurburgring.
The Pagani Zonda F costs upwards of $700,000 USD. That's incredibly expensive. The only Ferrari that comes that expensive is an Enzo.
Finally the standing out. The Zonda is a love it or hate car. I love it, 2hot4u hates it. Nothing sticks out from the crowd more than something like that.

1) VW Beetle
2) Smart ForTwo
3) PT Cruiser
4) All of the above
Yes, but it is the power rating the actual car maker uses to rate its vehicle and the direct meaning of a portion of the cars name. Just because Americans call football soccer, doesn't mean the majority of people who play and love the sport will accept or respect it as soccer. Never the less, yes, 560 hp equates to the same thing.
Also, none of the above to the question as well.
