Does anyone know if there is a patch for assassin's creed?Maybe the whole crashing thing it's because of a bug? 🤔

no there is still no fix for the crashes and the jeruzalem Problem
but i redd that there was a russian version of AC where you can go into jaruzalem
so will just keep on waiting untill we can with a english version cuz i cant understand russian

Why dont you all stop stealing software and actually buy it when its released, the game deserves that much.

Totally shocking the mentality of people these days just to steal everything that isnt bolted down.

And please dont say "I wasnt going to buy it anyway so the publisher isnt losing money" well actually they are, since you are stealing it (there is no ifs and buts about it) you are a prospective buyer lost.

This is not the case, as the game has gone gold the copy "everyone" has is most likely final.
The crack (as there are no retail copies out there, mind you!) on the other hand, is faulty.

EDIT: We shouldn't even have the buy vs. downloading here. It's just so bloody pointless. I for one will definately buy this game, it's worth it.

EDIT2: Hmm, now this is getting good; some people say they've bought it, meaning there IS a final version. (End of that line.) And some people claim this is a pre-release review edition. What I do know is that (umm, FieryCoD... where have you gotten your info, how do you know this is not the final game?) the final edition's name is not Director's Cut (probably will be a Director's Cut too, but the "standard edition" is not called that - I've checked several reliable sources, and this is just not the case) and the release date in most European countries is still the 27th of March, just like in most places. Hmph.

EDIT3: The version "out there" is confirmed to be non-retail, even if the name is the same ^^ Hope all you pirates don't affect the release date of the retail game...

EDIT4 (jeez...): Read the other thread ("Finally for Pc YAY!!!", a nice little conspiracy theory there. True or false? Who knows ^^ Except for UBISOFT.

I bought it.... ...and a friend of mine downloaded it....both have the same bugs

And if someone ask's....i bought it from a shoping mall....i live in romania(witch is in europe)...the game came out earlier in europe( i think in america 2)

People download games for a reason. Either they are from a foreign country, or they just like to get something for free, or maybe even they want to try it before they buy it, then so be it. We can't stop them anyways.

Back on topic, both versions released are NOT FINAL. The real game is called Assassin's Creed: Director's Cut. NOT Assassin's Creed. This version is JUST for the game magazine reviewers to have the feel and look of the game on the PC. This is in NO WAY final, more like a 90% game. So either you wait for the release date, or let the scene fix the .forge files.

and yes, i was going to by it because it looks freaking awesome. i only get games off line to try them out, like frontlines, im getting that as soon as i get my next paycheck because it has awesome gameplay and i want to go online it. i download games for a "try out", if its not worth, im not getting it. like for example, turning point, horrible game i think, so im going to get it. not everyone do this, but hey, they do what they want.

heres a soultion to the problem you can always get a savegame that has all the missions done and just skip jerusalim it will still crash every 50 mins or so but atleast you can get somewhere in the gameplay
