i need tips on how to get my eevee happy. i already have an eapeon i need an umbreon.

and my dratini that i recieved from master of dragon clan is hopeless! i taught it icy wind and dragon breath and it can't get lvls up! i know i could just use a super rod and catch a lvl 40 dragonair... but this way it would be stronger..

any tips?

Eevee can be made happy by giving it haircuts in the goldenrod underground. Also just keep winning battles with it, go fight heaps of low level wild pokemon and you'll get its happiness up, then level up at night and there you go.

Dratini is a slow growing pokemon, it takes more experience than the average pokemon to get it to level up. Also it knows no good moves, unless you get good TMs like thunderbolt, ice beam, and such. I recommend equipping it with the Exp Share and then going through the Elite Four with it, then it'll level up easily.

Also give to your Eevee some jewels such us pearls ot star pieces

You can also give your Eevee some extra vitamins like Calcium, Carbos, Protein, Iron, Hp Up, PP up. Those things should rise your Eevee's happiness to full potential of evolving.

pearls? star pieces? what are they?

They're only in Pokemon Emerald/Ruby/Sapphire as far as I know

I think there are pearls/star pieces in pokemon crystal... At least you can have them if you use AR codes, that's for sure. 😵

Yes, there are pearls, star piece, star dust in Pokemon Crystal. You just need to know where to get it. As far as I remember you can get star piece from that trainer who uses farfetch'd just beside New Bark town.
