Kingler he has been one of my favs since i saw him in R/B/Y what i reccomend
Kingler @choice scarf/adamant 252 EV attack, 200 EV speed, 52 defense
crabhammer brick break earthquake rock slide
Comments: Kingler is faster than most pokemon while scarfed and can take a hit from garchomps STAB Earthquake(at least 2) also kingler has a max attack of 394+STAB crabhammer thats a lot of damage
Counter: pretty much this guy scarfed outspeeds a lot of pokemon making it difficult to counter it has low sp def so you choose...depending on the move it choosed send out something to go against it..for example if it used earthquake best counter is a gengar
