no u don't get bit by a werewolf, u get bit by another vampire. U can find the vampire in Downtown (or other NIghtlife neighborhood) u need to become really good frinds with him/her to get bitten. you can also bring up the cheat box(ctrl+shift+c) and type BoolProp testingcheatsenabled true and shift click on your sim. there should be a icon that says "make vampire" or something. you can also shift click on the mailbox and click on visitors-->head vampire or something similar. I did this once but I never tried it again. I find it much more fun to be friends with the vampire first.
