Its stupid. Why would you,for instance, choose the lesser performance Integra when you could have the higher performance Type-R? As for GT-R...the Prototype is supposed to be like a Muscle car, whereas the GTR-R35 is a tuner. PS also has 2 or 3 Golfs. Its all so dumb. It ate up having a decent variety of cars. That's lame.

The two GTRs were actually carbon-copies of each other, but the Golfs were very different. The GTi had 200BHP and was an FF, whereas the Golf R32 had 260BHP, and was 4WD. It makes a huge difference out on the track, trust me (although I found the FF better handled than the 4WD... irony FTW).

The thing with the 2 Golfs is something pretty normal. In SRS (Street Racing Syndicate) you had all the R34 versions: V-Spec, V-SpecII, M-Spec, V-SpecII Nur and M-Spec Nur, besides other cars that were the same. If it were for the cars themselves and not their versions i'd say they were around 10-15 cars.

I myself wouldn't mind if they do like in SRS but i hope they won't put 10-15 cars either. Around 30-40 cars and their versions would suit me well, don't know about your flavour.

This isn't SRS, and Need For Speed has never, ever used ideas pitched by other game developers. So you can forget that.

Well, when you have hundreds of cars like Forza, then duplicating different models is fine. But with NFS you have less than a hundred so duplications just waste valuable space that a different car could put to better use.
I don't want a big car, particularly. I have no need for acreage, and I don't like the fuel bills. But I don't want a small one because they're all like supermarket own-brand cola: weedy imitations of the real thing - Jeremy Clarkson

SRS?, huh Better forget about it. I played it before when i can't play with NFS Carbon. NFS is the best car race game I played ever.

do you think that i don't know about the problems from SRS?

then how about the gameplay from juiced? that gameplay simulates reality pretty well...cars understeer and oversteer like in reality

and don't want to say of copying another game developers ideas...just at least get some reality in what they make

in nfsc the cop cars were fast as F1 cars and strong as the Panzer 3 tanks...unreal in many ways like the gameplay and the tunning of the cars being very unreal

in pro street the cars steer like after you hit the wall...if they at least had a steering sensitivity option

I am currently playing Juiced, and Most Wanted. The next NFS needs to add elements from these 2 games.
