does the all wild shiny code permanetely make the wild pokemon shiny?
No, You can deactivate it by going back to the trainer card and holding down the L+A buttons and that will turn it off or when you save and quit and then start again later the shiny code is not active. So, whenever you turn on your game, you have to activate the code by trainer card and then R+A buttons.
