Doesn't happen to me. Does it happen constantly or just sometimes?
I don't want a big car, particularly. I have no need for acreage, and I don't like the fuel bills. But I don't want a small one because they're all like supermarket own-brand cola: weedy imitations of the real thing - Jeremy Clarkson

The cheats dont affect the gameplay. I had at least 60% of the cheats on,and I played without any problems.

Mods are what cause most of the problems in the game. Even if you only have a couple, they might not have been made very well and they cause your game to freeze. But if you install to many, it'll freeze also.
