I would pick Energy sword, when the enemy is alone, so you can take them down one by one, but when many enemies are attacking you close and same time, then I would pick a hammer.

i choose sword cuz its easy to kill some one with one hit by a sneak attack.

Personally i think the sword is better because if you imagine a Gravity Hammer vs a energy sword the sword would win because of the lunging ability to lunge at the person before they actually get to bash your head in with a Hammer.

i would go with gravity hammer just because im immature and i get a great feeling smashing a tiny monster to the other side of the map with a huge hammer

but by the time someone has lunged the hammer would have smashed their head in to the ground because it has a big damage radius

I would pick the energy sword because in the lvl Cortana it helped me kill all of those flood. And cause it can lunge hehehe...
