im having problems cuz im using the right version but when im in main menu and i activate it, after i play a single note my game crashes and ive tryed everything but i cant get it to work

If you haveany antivirus maybe that causes the crash. Disable it and run again the trainer.More info here Link

i turned everything off still doesnt work do after i activate it do i press the option keys while im playing?

use the no-cd fix
