you will get a fleet when you buy ships at shipyard...
...and the more ships you buy, the bigger is fleet, easy
and then to the hard part XD

ya but is there an easier way to equip the fleet and command them like i dunno maybe orginize them into groups or something?

There is, you name a M6, M1, M2 vessel, then you decide what you want in that squadran, then select the ship that you name as base, headquarters for thhose ships, then tell them all to protect ship. You can name them in the sqadran if you want. Voila, a sqadran, and u only have to command the head vessel that you named.
