I was wondering, How do you close that big gate thingy becuz when I try to close it the panel says "major system malfunction". I remember that I succeded once in closing it but now i forgot Dont you have to play a team based game ?

I don't think you can close it...not sure though.
Just try the panel above the gate and next to the bridge.
