Ummm I Know Its A Stupid Question But Where Do I Put The Save Game File, I Cant Seem To Find It???

In your main directory of COD 4 is directory players and in this directory is directory profiles - so download save and put it here (replace, overwrite, what can be replaced). Your former profile will stay and new one (HHT I think is the name) will be added. Txt file "active" will be overwrite, so You will run the game in HHT profile with all missions unlocked.

or just beat the game without the savegame
