Can someone please tell me how to get up to the stupid scafolding? i've been jerking that wheel for

Alright, firstly, you need to turn the wheel to bring the elevator up a floor, then let it come back down. get into the elevator then use Time Reverse, this should make you got up the elavator and on to the first floor of the scaffolding XD have fun, your welcome
