Supra - Getting under 6.9 on 1/4 drags

Got 1-3 gears set progressively higher to all tall, and then the rest max tall. Boost is tops except the beginning boost is not max, but about 3/4 of the way. I also find I do better with a lower ride (not all the way low, but about 2/3) unless you want wheelies.

I flat out won the Drifts perfectly with the Silvia with slight suspension adjustments and a 2/3 low ride. Max'ing the nitro will help on speed in turns.

Best grip car for me is flat out the Lancer Evo X. Sucker is fast (0-60 in ~2.3) and grips like nothing else. With strong brake settings biased to front you can't lose.

Second grip is the 2006 Honda Civic Si. You wouldn't think it, but this car is so light it is fast as anything with around 560bhp and grips almost as nicely as the Evo X! I always use a tight front suspension with a looser rear suspension. Seems to do better in cornering this way.

6.88 with a muscle car LOOOL
i managed a flat 5 with a maxed out Zonda in drag
in grip nothing beats a Porsche Turbo (unless ya can get the GT3RS)
in speed i still swear by my Skyline R34> its the best alround, it axelerates best (4WD), its the least "wide" without widebodykit so eazyer 2 pass others, very "stable" ride (& eazy 2 catch after the jumps)
& yes, in drift every RWD = good with the right settings, as long as ya don't exeed mutch over 600HP for any RWD

I find Skyline to be too fast and light-weight for speed racing. Zonda is too ugly for anyrhing. New Evo is ideal in grips. And no,no,no,not all RWD cars are ideal drifters. Sylvia, for one, sucks,as does Charger, among others.

I am presently using the new Shelby in drags, along with a Vette Z06. I used these 2 to defeat the drag king. Vette for the wheelies comp and Shelby for the straights. Defeated the drift king with a 70 Chevelle SS. Will defeat the grip king with a GT-R and the speed king with a Supra. Not ready for Ryo.
