which one did you like more? the guitar blast in halo 2? or the piano part in halo 3?
i personally like the guitar more, cause it was more hardcore
and on the last mission of halo 3 when they got you motivated with the halo theme.. it wouldve been sooo much better to have the volume at ear busting volume listening to that guitar!!
but, thats my opinion, what do you think?

I don't really have a favourite out of the Halo games. One things for sure though, there's no game out there with better music than the Halo Trilogy.

Both have their charm and are unique but I preferred the music of Halo2 over everything else, so much so I bought the soundtrack

Halo 2's soundtrack is for when I'm in a victorious mood. Such as now - 86 kills, 3 deaths and 4 flag captures in Damnation on Halo PC online. A touch heavy, but not exactly the caliber of Slipknot and Mudvayne.
I've used Halo 3's soundtrack a lot recently - it's got a contemporary vibe to it but at the same time a touch of classical. This interesting combination allows for soothing listening, and I've used it when I was revising for my exams. It's brilliant.
