I wouldn't be too sure, I mean Forza is pretty damned impressive.
But for sheer fun, NFS has Forza buried. It rocks!
And on a side note - MY FAQ IS FINALLY FINISHED!
Now I just need to wait for Nevermore to process it.

Modifications - NFS is over five times more extensive than Forza.
Physics - both are superb, but at the end of the day Forza is the more convincing simulator.

I am soon to buy Forza 2. I've heard its similar to Pro Street.

Pro Street is kind of an attempt at copying Forza with a NFS twist on it. The modifications might be better in NFS but that doesn't make the actual racing any better. Forza is the best game as far as PURE racing goes. And even as far as modifications go, NFS isn't the best.
