if anyone needs help i can give it.

These are gonna sound like stupid questions but i need to know how to use the first aid spray...and i am completely stuck on the elevator/pipe room check point in train derailment 3

when u die the first aid spray saves u . kill the leeches wit ur handgun and use the knife when there on the screen to kill them. then u face marcus. shot him with ur weapons and DONT use the grenade launcher. when u go um that long ride up the elavator ull see the leach queen is following u. keep shoting it in the mouth with the handgun to stun it. when ur at the top of the ladder ull see the leach hates sunlight. so wit ur handgun and ect shot its mouth to keep pushing it back.when its in the light fire ur grenade launcher and keep on hitting it (shotgun deals alot of damage).

Any hidden weapons or anything like that?? and best advice about the weapons(which one ot upgrade or should leave it and save the stars).
