where and how can i get the glass armor? i am a mage and i heard it is the best light armor in the game.

no i dont believe u my friend who beat this game 20 times says he got it at level 16

Link yeah, look at the line that says
"glass armor has a lvl requirement of 20"
"...but glass weapons appear much earlier"
is that what your friend means?
