    I use Blue and Orange.

    Basically any two colours that contrast significantly againt each other look good. Like Black and Green, for example.

    Here's a list I would recommend:

    Blue/Orange
    Red/White
    Black/Green
    Pink/Yellow
    Aqua/Grey
    Grey/Red
    Yellow/Green
    Green/Blue

    Just to name a few out of quite a lot...
