Is there going to be a trainer for the D2D people or these trainers just for the cd versions of the game?

Using the no-cd fix on top of the D2D version should make the trainer(s) work.

Where is this no-cd fix patch located?

I am having the same problems even though I have gone through the steps listed in the NO CD Copy at Gamecopyworld. My game crashes everytime I hit save...I spent hours today and last night trying to get this bugger to work with my D2D game.

I must be doing something wrong to not achieve success with this...is there a step by step instruction link somewhere for us idiots?

Oh, and even though the up to date versions are running and I here "Activated" nothing happens ..no gold no lives ...

gameburnworld.com carries all of the no-cd fixes for the various versions. I would recommend trying each different version (with the corresponding version of the game) to see which (if any) you have success with. This is merely a recommendation. We don't have the digital download version of this game and the trainers were not created for the digital download versions. Even with the no-cd fix, there's no guarantee that it will work, but it typically does.
