Wait--where EXACTLY is it located at? And Is he Hard --what's the easiest way to Defeat Him?

He's in the Lhusu mines, I mean his first form is pretty easy, and after u beat that form u don't have to fight the 2nd form right away. really for this guy have ur healing gambits set up and just hack away at him. That's what I did. For his 2nd form just kill the dog first then Guiglgimesh isn't very hard after that.

on a bridge (1st time)...um in a big area (2nd time)...yup just buy the guide it makes the game much easier...this game is so complicated

The Lhusu Mines is the cave where you first met lord larsa i think,and its like a floating island.

and yeah first its ona bridge deep inside in the second time you find it after you get that key for 11 gate or somethin,anyway that key is in the phone coast in the saving place,you'll find it behind some guys and they are behind a big rock or whatever,and when you are going to battle him the second time you should get some theifs cluffs cuz you will be able to steal very rare items from him

hi there, incase you're still stuck on it, he's on the bridge just befor the place where the antlion was (that bridge) you'll kill him fairly easy the first time but he jumps off onto a bridge under it and runs away, to find him after that you need to get the site 11 key from the phon coast camp (next to a bujerban man who fell from the sky) go back when you're stronger cos the skeletons and vampyrs in there are loads harder than befor, just befor you get to him again ther'll be a save crystal. advisable to save it cos its very hard.
just so you know i'm level 58 on 4 caracters and 43 on ashe and penelo and i still havent beaten him

Ok first i dont think having people with low levels like that is a good idea,and second give one of your team a long ranged weapon such as Bow,hand bomb,gun...,and do you know that there are items you can only get by stealing from that guy,try checking the faq in this site for FF XII,you'll find out how to get those items from him
