    i have gone there and on one island next to the spa you can fight four trainers and theres the spa to heal your pokemon

    Yeah i forgot to say that,so that place is great you can go to heal your pokemon there insted of going back to the pokemon center.

    use your strongest pokemon and only fight the pokemon breeder girl(i think they are breeders) in the canyon. she only has a lvl55 chansey

    that cave in island one....just go to the end and you get waterfall or rock smash or something and when you go to the middl of the spa...your pokemon heal
