for me i just did a grenade jump

to get this skull do the following:

obtain a ghost

go to the back of the little structure.then make sure u have a plasma nade throw it on the wing of the ghost then right b4 it blows up jump and if u did this right u will fly on top of the structure...standing on yur ally/warthog did not work (i tryed it)
this is the easiest way to get the skull...u CANNOT killany wraiths ...but u can kill the little guys in the turrets of the wraiths.. hope this helped

also u must be on :normal heroic or legendary...u cant get any skulls on easy
