i am collecting every longs swords and i have every long swords upgraded except the posion long sword that needs rathian plate... i forgot the name though it was like wvyern blade verde or something..... help plz ty

there really rare theres about a 2% chance or something so try and doing a G-rank rathian, cut of its tail because thats the best place to get it from and try and have the carving celebrity skill.

Elder troublesome pair, there are some theories that you get better rewards on 2vs1 quests, and Gold Ian, use Onlsaught, capture it, you might even get a ruby, and plates have more %

Or another way is cut off the tail only , and if it is nt the one one your looking for then abandon quest and retry it. That is the most efficient way of gathering plates and rubies. I ve done this tactic before and got several of them. I call it treasure beyond tresure

the best way to get plates and rubies are the hr6 silver and gold quests i get truck loads of rare stuff from those quests including heavy armour spheres
