After extensive texturing, it is possible. A lot of stuff is possible with computers. I don't know if you want to do that, though.

Ya, whats the point of making a look-alike, you'll beat him eventually. It's not like he's any good anyways so it won't be a challenge.

yeah u could just beat him but i beat him then found that u couldnt upgrade his car without removing his graphics which was a bummer and the same with the drift lking i liked his graffics but i couldnt change them

I did beat Ryo but his Mitsubishi is terrible compared to mine, it only looks better
