Anyone know of any trainers that'll work with version 3.00? Apparently I have yet to find any trainers that will work and the only one is completely keylogged to the point where its confusing. :/

This is gonna be hard for you. The trainers that will work on 3.00 will not arrive so fast.

D: Damn it. Well. Sometimes you just have to beat the game first THEN use the trainers. xD

Actually the GTA games are like Free Mind games. You don't have to do mission but you can straightly from the beginning do stupid things. Start killing Ballas, kill few officers than get 4 wanted stars and just drive with the car and make the police look stupid.

Is there a certain mission you need help on?
I don't want a big car, particularly. I have no need for acreage, and I don't like the fuel bills. But I don't want a small one because they're all like supermarket own-brand cola: weedy imitations of the real thing - Jeremy Clarkson

If weapons are the problem, then there is a really good solution. It takes a while at first but when you do it, it is well worth the time. Find all 50 horseshoes in Las Venturas and you get an M4 (the assault rifle the FBI's use), an MP5 (the big SMG the FBI's use), the combat shotgun (a semi-automatic shotgun) and satchel charges (the bags that blow up with a remote). They'll appear at Woozie's casino and make missions much easier wince they're basically the best weapons in the game. There are maps with the locations of all the oysters here:

Really, the major missions I have trouble with deal with flying..I ALMOST got the flying/drop prop-plane mish by doing the slow mo cheat! ...but..I crashed about 2 minutes away from the spot...I wish I could just skip em but there wouldn't be any challenge to that..By the way, I got passed that specific mission that was overwhelming me...you know when you attack the mafia compound...the answer is Drive a Rhino into the building and just open fire. . Hopefully I can get passed these silly flying missions and move on ... :3
