for the rathalos go onto you tube and search for "gs charge guide rathalos" it has helped many people.

I can tell you the best way to kill these guys what you do is bring flash bombs and shock traps. This is the easiest method on taking out the rathalos and rathian. Bring a pitfall even and Lg. barrel bombs that helps too.
