Without specific information as to what went wrong (what happened when you tried to connect, what error codes did you recieve, how are you trying to connect, ect) we cannot help you.

Have you fixed your problem yet?
If the answer is no...Then lets check a few things.
1st. Were you able to go Wi-Fi before?
2nd. Do you have an AR?
3rd. If you do have an AR, did you just get some new codes
added to the AR?
4th. If you do have an AR, did you use the walk through walls
cheat and wind up in a mystery zone?
5th. Did you trade pokemon with anyone right before it quit
going to Wi-Fi?
6th. ...better yet pm me let me know kinda what happened
between the last time you were able to go Wi-Fi.

By any chance, can you go downstairs in Jubilifes pokemon center?
