Ditto is found by using the Pokeradar on route 218. Note: YOu have a 22% chance of finding it. You have a 50% chance of the 22% to find one with Quick Powder. You have a 5% chance of the 22% to find one with Metal Powder.
TO migrate Pokemon from earlier Pokemon Games, Beat the Elete 4. Talk to Proffessor Oak (Where Rowan is normally) to unlock it. Follow the Rt under Sandgem Town to find the routes 220& 221. Follow it to find the Pal Park. Note: This is a one way trade. Once you trade it, theres no way for it to go back.
