U do all the HR 1 missions and the Urgent Mission and then HR 2 should be unlocked

You don't HAVE to do all the Guild Quests for HR1. As I haven't (can't be bothered) and I am HR6. This is what you're looking for:

Or here are the specific quests:
Level 3* Quests
04 - White Velocidrome
14 - Cephadrome
16 - Zazami
21 - Babakonga
Urgent quest: Dodobrango

Complete all of those to get to the next HR. If you need any more refferance, go back to MHserious's link or look at the sticky topic at the top of the Message Board.
