It shouldn't matter as long as you're running the game from the game's folder and not the autorun menu or something. Most likely something on your system is blocking the trainer such as antivirus, antispyware, vista permissions, etc.

Will this likely be available to the general public in the future for those that are unable to afford Unlimited?

no, unfortunately not.

Could you all, CheatHappens, possibly revise that trainer for the general public then please? Say maybe only give us Inf Health and Inf Money for version 1.3?

Still need some ideas on why the trainer doesn't work for me.

Point by point here:
Make sure you have the right version: Yes, I have the correct versions. 1.3.1416

Disable any third-party programs you may be using such as FRAPS and/or Antivirus: Done

Always read the instructions that are included with the trainer: Read, re-read, re-read again, just to be sure, re-re-read.

Sometimes the game's copy protection itself can interfere with the trainer's functions: Went to gameworld and d/l the game. Always have gotten it from here.

Are you trying to use the trainer in multiplayer mode: Nope

Are the keys the trainer has assigned to cheats also mapped to controls in the game: Nope

Are you using any type of multimedia keyboard that has software running which makes the special keys work: Was and shutdown all that software down

Are you using Windows Vista: Nope, no Vista here

Did you download the game from Direct2Drive or STEAM: From the Game CD

Where did you put the trainer file: From here, paying member.

Have you tried running the trainer different ways: Yup, tried several ways.

Even put the trainer in the same directory.

I went so far and stopped all the applications I could from running. I'm down to 21 process running and it still will not work.

what error or problem are you seeing?

No error. Just when I start the trainer, it shows at the bottom that Darkstar One not found yet.

Yet, the Game is running. I have tried both the unedited version of the game (Original Install) and the version I D/L from GameBurnWorld.
