Where do we get the no cd fix from?

Can't give you a direct link to the download, it will show up as 'Referrer Detected'. That's as far as my skills will take me, besides uploading the file.

ok so i downloaded the trainer and started the game and pressed F1 and i did hear the activate sound. i just cant get the cheats to work. i push numpad 1 and nothing happens. is there something im doing wrong?

using the no-cd fix? numlock on? using the numpad keys and not the numbers at the top of the keyboard? read the trainer troubleshooting guide?

i dont have the cd fix. the numlock is on. its not working. where in the game do i push the numpad buttons? the main menu?

ok so i got the numpad to work, but when i go into the game and click cars it shuts the game down and says it has stopped working... should i use the no cd fix?
