HI CAN any-one please help me im at the stage were im a big daddy now i have to save little sisters, how do i get the lil sisters to go to all test subjects without just staying at one test subject do i have turn trainer of or what do i do please help?

Wait for the little sister to stop stabbing the person?(takes a while)

Follow the little sister, and get ready for a wave of enemies. Stand nearby and wait until she starts draining the bodies (4 or 5 of them as you go thru this rather trying and poorly constructed part of the game.)

As soon as she starts doing her thing, the baddies will start showing up - kill the ones closest to her and ignore the ones attacking you, just stay alive, because they will move on to her as soon as you kill HER attacker.

At a couple of points while waiting for the action to start, take over turrets and cameras, and let those help you out in the defense.

I didn't care for this part of the game - but one thing that will get you thru it, is to quick save every step of the way, expecially right after completing a wave of enemies with little or no damage to the little sister.

should the trainer be off?

I can't answer the question about the trainer.

I could NEVER get the trainers to work after the STEAM version of Bioshock that I have autopatched itself...

and before the UBER FLAMEBOYZ jump in, yes, I downloaded the updated version of the trainer, and yes it was the right version for steam.
