Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Message Board  

I cant get the CompleteQuest cheat to work. and i really need it because 1 of the main npcs is dead from a Daedric quest for some reason and that wasent susposet to happen and now im doing the thieves guild quest and that npc that died for some reason is now dead. So my compas is baskly pointing to a dead body. and whn i try to talk to the npc the allows me to loot the npc. so im stuck. And when i try to put the cheat in Consol its having a problem. So i was wondering if anybody can help me with this problem. if im typeing it the wrong way or somthing. Iv tryed the cheat like this.

CompleteQuest

Simple solution....Go up to your dead NPC, hit the "`"(tilde key) to bring up the console, click on the dead NPC (for reference name), and then type resurrect. Exit the console(by hitting the tilde key again) and your dead NPC will be as good as new.
