how good is the game on a scale from 1-10 if i get and average of 7.0 i will get it.

cuz im choosing halo 3 or a game 4 the wii

8, Its a good game, defiantly worth getting, but I find the online community a bit irritating and the game itself a bit over-rated.

Lots of action and fun to be had, the ending story is well put together in dramatic fashion.

Not the best out of the Halo series but still good, in my opinion Halo2 is the best game out of the series

Storyline and because of the new features added.

I got into Halo because of the story (read all the books) and Halo 3 wrapped it all up very well...I was happy with it.

That, and the map editor, theater, etc...are all new additions to not only the Halo series, but games. I don't think you can find this is any recent game similar to this.

So. Halo 3 is the best game out of the Halo series. Has the best multiplayer, best graphics, best weapons, most and best features but the storyline can be argued with Halo CE....personally I didn't like Halo 2's storyline THAT much...especially the ending.

Very entertaining, and it will keep you going for months. It's not very easy to tire of this game, and the graphics sure are stunning. I played multiplayer a few times at my mate's, and its quite something. But, like what insom said, there are too many pre-teen nerds on that have no desire but to insult you every time you kill them, ergo it can be annoying from time to time.
