About the trainers make sure that your game version is same as trainer's version. More info here Link

Just check the version number of your game and download the trainer with same version number. If you upgrade your game, then you must download new trainer. There are several versions of each trainer here because there are always several versions of each game.
Don't update your game yet. Match trainer number to the game number as it is now.

1 way is the download each of the trainers until 1 of them works.
You could just download the latest patch for it and get the newest trainer for it also.
