hey i have lvl 50 - 70 pokemon and i need to train desperately.. anyone got any suggestions? help please..

the elite 4 and Cerulean Cave are the best places to train.

have u beat them before? (in the order that u fight them)usually, when i go, i take zapdos and moltress for the ice lady. i also use moltress and something that knows fly for the second guy that has steel-type and fighting type pokemon. i use my blaistoise for the ghost lady. i use my blaistoise's move bite because its dark and super effective on ghost and psychic type pokemon. then for the last one i just use my blaistoise i think, and for the champion i use my dragonite and something that knows ice type moves because its super effective on dragon type pokemon.

um no.. lol fire reds elite 4 are more difficult then crystal and gold lol... ok i have moltres but i dunno where zapdos is so i might want to find him huh? i have a charizard lol, and articuno, arbok, poliwrath and onix.. lol
dam i wish i could trade from my crystal
i have all my good pokemon on that blastoise, mew, mewto, moltres, articuno, zapdos.. all lvl 100... and more.. but yeah..
