While playing the level just open the console enter the weapon Cheat and press enter. or simply enter just giveall cheat to get all weapons from that level.

Hey man, I'm new here. Can you help me out with COD4 problem. I can't make the Javelin Anti-Tank weapon work, as it can't lock on its targets. What keys do I have to press in my keyboard to enable the locking system and let me blow the hell out of those enemy tanks?

u have 2 hold the sights on the tanks for a couple seconds if that dont help i dont no what will except uninstall the game and install it again good luck

This problem of Javelins and Stingers not locking is caused by using a trainer. Had the same problem, saved, went out of the game, quit the trainer, back into the game, load and everything worked just perfect. I think, that it is related with the training of unlimited health, because I've got it to work whilst using a trainer on rare ocasions.
