When ever I use the pokemon mod, the first pokemon it will most likely to be arceus !! Does anyone know why?

um theres a glitch wit dat cheat couz i got it and their was only Arsues couz it's the one wit 498 master balls in the wrong place and u have 2 throw them then suposoly that pokemon is suppose 2 apper rite couz if it is then the cheat has a glicth rong
