Maybe, of course its gonna improve since the developers know that this game is a huge let down to some NFS fans.

Well, Forza 2 has a huge fan base that might like Pro Street and that might be enough new fans to offset all the people that don't like Pro Street. If that's true, the next NFS will be just like Pro Street.
