Since i'm the first one posting here... I'll start off with some tips I recently discovered while playing Manager Mode...
When u're making an offer to buy a player, increase the transfer offer about 150-210k more & the CPU should accept it.
But wat if transfer prices are not such a big issue to u but of wages per match huh ??
For example: U have at least 200 million for transfer budget, u wanna buy Lionel Messi (60 million) from Barcelona but his wage per match is 110k, irregardless of whether u play him or not, u can actually reduce it by HALF !!! How is it possible u say, lemme tell u... The AI accepts or rejects transfer offers based on the transfer price, not the wage or anything else, so it's possible to earn at least 750-800k when u're playin away from home, that's if u gotten the highest paid sponsor & a lvl 10 stadium manager... Hoped that helped...

i have FIFA 07 and i was wondering why u cant get players from other leagues but the others teams can. such as swiensteiger from Bayern Munchen is playing for Chelsea in my foruth year of manger mode
