I NEED HELP FINDING WARIO AND WHERE IS THE KEY TO THE STAIRS TO THE TOP FLOOR???

1) You cant get Wario

2) You need to defeat the second Bowser in the Fiery level.

You go down to the basement in Peach's Castle and turn to your left. There is a Star Door there. The Fiery Level is in it and Bowser #2 awaits.

if your talking about super mario 64 ds then wario is up stairs in the mirror room but you have to get luigi to get him

and to do the level in the star room downstairs then drop into the hole to go to the firey level
