Have anyone notice problem with tiger tank addon?

I install it as instucted in the readme file but the problem was
- i cannot build jadgpanther
- can't build king tiger in skirmish (missing icon too)
- sound problem with the new armies (british and panzer elite)

However the mod work well with the old armies.

I fix the problem with jadgpanther and king tiger, now it's done (the king tiger icon still missing) but can't solve the sound problem with the new armies, it's irritating playing campaign without voice acting.
