Any1 got any tips/techniques for drifting.. Im currently racing 'Ryo Watanabe' in a Corvette z06, on the 2nd drift race, but I cant beat him..

I normally get thru them with 3000-5000, sometimes 6000 points but i can barely manage 3000 on this one.

So, any tips would be appreciated.. thank!

Check your performance. Your "control" bar is essential. You must have your control maxxed out in order to dominate. Control parts include: suspension, brakes and tyres. Your control must be Level 3 and above.

Your power should also be low to mid level 3. Aerodynamics don't really help in drifting a lot.

Do a few dyno runs and check the acceleration. 0-60/100 must be under 5. If it isn't, you're going to struggle everytime you slow down.

And also, I wouldn't use a Corvette. Barnyard tractor suspensions aren't exactly drift-compatible. Try the RX-7 or an E46 M3.

Use E-brake drift. It's the easiest technuiqe i ever encountered.

definatly by the mazda rx7i had the same problem the corners on the second drift race can be long and its hard to build up speed to get good drift points for each corner and i tried with the silvia and just couldnt get enough power and i tried the rx7 based on other peoples opinions and it was excellent and i did it on the second go after getting to grips with the car hope it helped
