i somewhat know how to cheat at this game. go into your buka game file, pacific storm file, use text editor(i used notepad) and go into data, then scripts. then go into SL_japan_player_init or SL_japan_player_init_arcade. from there, you can edit the amout of personnel you get and what rank they are. that's all i know of it so far
