World in Conflict Message Board  

My brother and I like to LAN up our computers and play skirmishes on World in Conflict. We would like to be on a team together and both have unlimited reinforcement points an unlimited tactical aid against a full Bot enemy team. So we have the same version on World in conflict on each computer installed (retail with patch #1 I believe) and we load up the game with the same trainer (retail with patch #1) and when we press F1 in the main menu the trainer activates okay an then I host a match and my brother joins. We both drop troops and activate the unlimited reinforcement points and unlimited tactical aid options successfully on computers while in the game (both our screens show 50000 reinforcement points and 1000 tactical aid). So to test that it worked I (the host) drop napalm successfully. But when my brother selects the napalm and right when he clicks to drop it his game quits to the main menu.

So we do it again except I only have the trainer activated and the trainer works great on my computer while I am player with my brother and everything works fine. (I can still give him tactical aid points because I am on his team). But we both want to have the trainers going on both pc’s so that he can have unlimited reinforcement points.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on? Is this happening because of the trainer and it quits on the non-host computer so hat people don’t play multiplayer with it? Is it an unintentional error? How do I get around it? If there is no way the trainer can work are there any other suggestions to get unlimited reinforcment points (editing game files etc.)?

Yes it did the same As I did. It was fun. I used the original version instead of the patch and it work fine as well!!
