do u have wi-fi? or at least do u kno someone who does or have a mcdonald's close by?
or, u can get lucario by going to iron island or whatever by boat from canalave, and get riley through. he'll give u a riolu egg, then after u hatch it, make it love u and level it up during the daytime. i decided to evolve mine at lv 19, cuz it learns 2 moves at the same time that way
but i think i don't have wi-fi that i can use any more, sry. if it DOES work, then i might b able to trade i have a whoooole bunch of riolu. and a bunch of other babies that im probably never gonna train...
