Unreal Tournament 3 Message Board  

Well it looks damn well done, great new weapon models, balanced maps, more vehicles, huge graphical overhaul (thanks to the UnrealEngine 3).

I think this game is going to set a new example in FPS history because I am sick of hearing about Halo 3 "OMFG! HALO 3PWNZZ", its the WoW of the NexGen era. Many people have claimed this game rips off, you guessed it, Halo. But look at Crysis, the gun in one of the screenshots looks like the Battle Rifle from Halo 2! Heh, games copy eachother too much :/.

I hope that many people will buy this game because the Demo does a good job of hyping the crap out of people. The vehicles are more realistic, they actually outsize and outweigh you, the gravity is heightened so if you are a newbie, you still can at least see the person if you are killed in a multi-player match.

I think this game will also be a landmark in history for the FPS Genre because of how advanced the AI is. It listens to "Microphone" Commands, which is basically you talking on the microphone and they understand. I also hope people don't beg for cheats on this game because its so easy just to open console and type "God" and "Loaded".

To conclude this mini-review, I would like to say that I hope for more Unreal Tournaments in the coming future, I would also love to see a good amount of CH on the game, and possibly mods from this site for the game. Be aware that EpicGames will be hosting mod contests, so I'm just letting those who don't know, know.

WoW of the NexGen Era-Basically just another fanfreaked game, too many people say its the god among video games. Load of crap.

Cheats&Hints for UT3

Press the ~ key at the top left of your keyboard, below the ESC key and above the TAB key. This will open a Console in game, type the following if you want.

Cheats

God - Gives godmode, applies to vehicles as well. (Hoverboard included.)

Loaded - Gives you all weapons with maximum ammo, sorry no 999 ammo D:.

Fly - Lets you fly to anywhere, will collide with the walls/ground.

Ghost - Activates noclipping mode, will allow you to go anywhere and everywhere.

Walk - Use to disable "GHOST" or "FLY", DONT USE IT UNDERGROUND!(crashes)

Now here are some cheats I found out about on my own, I just love the power of the console.

Well, i think the cheats only work for solo matches and not in the campaign.

Nah cheats will work in the campaign.. you'll see

Remember, If you haven't read the reviews, they said the campaigns gonna be like deathmatch, warefare mode, ctf etc.

the gameplay is the same as UT series before,the cheat code is the same.

the new feature is u can customize player model,the new story animation looks really good.....

The problem with the "God" cheat is that it only works if you're in position 1 of a vehicle. And that artillery vehicle is considered "Position 2" when you actually try to use it.
