Assassin´s Creed Message Board  

Don't know which system to get it for. Tryin to decide the pros and cons of each. Anyone have opinions or better yet, any facts for what would make it better on either system? Also post some links for sites that show any or all the differences of the 2 versions. Thanks

Link Pick for yourself. I truly say 360 by looking at that comparison. (both consoles were on the same tv same contrast levels etc so keep that in mind) The truth of the matter is currently the 360 has more graphical power then the PS3.

However i truly say graphically the difference is so small it all comes down to which controller you like more.

Don't turn this into a fanboy slapping contest now...I'll not say anything bad about the one versus the other - u do the same...let's keep it to what we actually know.

For Assassin's Creed (since you're after a console and a copy of the game to go with it) then I agree with everyone that you need to decide for yourself based on the everything you research yourself on the consoles. I've been playing my copy on the PS3 and it's the nicest looking game I have ever seen on the PS3 and it's just about the nicest game I have ever played on the PS3 too!

It should also be noted from the developers themselves in the official Play Station magazine Australia states that the PS3 version is meant to have a slightly faster frame rate per second.

In all honesty I say the ps3 version for 1 small reason and one big reason. The small one is, it tends to be said to have better frame rate. The big reason, while your playing assassins creed on your ps3, you don't have to worry about your x-box 360 breaking ...and yes im a 360 owner...but I wont deny the fact that it has a 33% failure rate to this day.

well i got mine for ps3 mainly because i had send my 360 to M$ because it broke but i say i didnt make any mistake on that although on the official site there are people that are saying that game locks up and makers saying they are making fix i myself beat it without one lockup so i dont know if its by sieres of ps3 or what i got first gen 60gig one.
